As an avid reader and writer with an interest in the creative arts, story writing, and feminist theory through her school years, Eshani More spent two years studying English Literature in university. While learning the many variations and eras of poetry during her time in Birmingham, England, More’s decision to create a series of poems telling of her own experiences, grew. Through her poetry, she sought the power to create something within the written word for women, about women and the intricacies of the relationship we have with ourselves.
