The authors bring together decades of leadership experience across higher education, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations. Their collective work spans academic and clinical leadership, executive administration, research, consulting, entrepreneurship, and the design of largescale leadership development programs.

Together, they are recognized leaders in their respective fields—educators, physicians, authors, and editors whose work includes peer-reviewed research, leading medical textbooks, books on leadership and wellbeing, and editorial leadership in national and international journals. Over the course of their careers, they have led—and continue to lead—professional societies, organizations, clinical divisions, and complex systems, and have taught, mentored, and coached thousands of leaders across the United States and around the world.

Brought together through the Dan O’Keeff e Society for Maternal–Fetal Medicine Academy for Leadership and Development, they share a common commitment to developing people, strengthening teams, and shaping cultures grounded in purpose, integrity, and care.
