Fred Wakil, MD is a board certified physician who completed his emergency residency in 1984 at Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center. He worked in the LA emergency and trauma system for 35 years. While working in LA he played the Los Angeles jazz circuit as a semi-pro musician.
