My hope is that this current century which we all share, would benefit from the follies of the previous one, making for a less traumatic world \u2013 a more civilized world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had never before seen this topic covered. However, as I grew up in the second half of the 20th century, I was conscious of how traumatic the various conflicts around the world were to millions upon millions of innocent souls — notwithstanding the many atrocities that had taken place in the first part of the century before I was born, that were the subject of many a discussion or were written into modern history. Over time, I came to realize how easily many of these conflicts could have been avoided if a bit of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
