Doctor Marshall has lived a life full of challenges and rewards. He was an Eagle Scout and a decorated combat helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He later became an engineer at General Electric before starting his own chemical company contributing to the development of rigid memory discs and silicon wafers. After selling his business he decided to follow his dream entering medical school at age 48 and graduating at age 52.
He has spent the last 25 years with the purpose of understanding why some people thrive through their older years while others struggle. This book is dedicated to all the seniors who shared with Dr. Bob their experiences and advice on winning the fourth quarter of their lives.
