As the founder of The Etiquette and Soft Skills Institute, Terri Kelly, M.Ed., serves as a trainer, speaker and facilitator, drawing on an extensive professional background that includes over 30 years in corporate sales with AT&T and Verizon. She previously contributed to her community as CEO of the Ceres, CA Chamber of Commerce and as a Planning Commissioner for the same city. A former hospice volunteer, Terri considers this one of her most rewarding experiences. Now retired from her professional life, Terri shares her passion for gardening through workshops and presentations at her local library, and she conducts private etiquette classes, demonstrating her continued dedication to community and education. She is also the publisher of the children’s book, “Bear the Brave Blind Dog.” Terri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training. She is also a Certified Master Gardener in Maricopa County, Arizona. She currently resides in Arizona with her husband and their dog, Bear
