Nicole Fonovich is the owner of Nicole Anne Yoga & Holistic Wellness in Phoenix, AZ since 2017. Nicole earned a master\u2019s in education from Marquette University, Information Technology degree, & an undergraduate in Business, with a focus in Leadership & Advocacy. She is a Holistic Practitioner, (including Holistic Nutritionist, Life Coach, 800 Yoga Alliance Registered Advanced Yoga Instructor, Yoga for PTSD Instructor, Breath Therapist, Advanced Sound Healer, advanced \u201cI am Yoga Nidra\u201d Meditation Instructor, and Reiki Master).

In 2012, her family relocated from Chicago to Arizona. After graduating from Yoga Teacher training, she started Nicole Anne Yoga in 2017. Four years later it became Nicole Anne Yoga & Holistic Wellness. This award-winning wellness practice now offers over 100 services and has over 100 practitioners serving the Valley working in hospitals providing trauma informed yoga therapy, in schools running mindfulness programs, in Airbnb\u2019s providing travelers an upgraded vacation experience, corporate wellness workshops programs, wellness fairs, and telehealth supporting clients and businesses holistically everywhere, in the form of Hypnotherapy, Stress Management, Spiritual, Life, Nutrition Coaching, Meditation, and much more.

Nicole is also a children\u2019s book author, having written 9 books in her multilingual educational series Luca Lashes, about helping kids conquer fearful firsts! It even has a parental section at the back of each book with tips. Her son Luca was the inspiration behind this series.

In addition, Nicole has been a lifelong musician and released her first LIVE album in 2024 on Spotify and downloadable on all digital platforms. \u201cSounds to Heal the Soul\u201d by Vishuddha Vibe is a musical meditation, a form of intentional healing devotional music using mantras sung in a repetitive fashion. Having studied and learned Kirtan from the Kirtan Institute in Colorado at age 40, she uses this creative artistic outlet for prayer, healing, and community.

Nicole is an avid traveler and has collected instruments from all over the world for both her sound healing work and her band. Her son is the center of her world, now in high school. Watching him grow has been the highlight of her life.

Nicole\u2019s vision is to be the Uber of Holistic Wellness. To make Eastern medicine as easily accessible as Western medicine is. She is also a big believer in giving back, so a portion of her proceeds from this book and from her company will go to Phoenix Children\u2019s Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
