His experience is vast in the administrative area of the church, having served for more than 20 years on the Constitutional Revision committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He has served as Bishop General Treasurer for eight years, Supervising Bishop of the California Interior District for eight years, and Sector Elder for eight years. He has served as a teacher at the International Bible College and district administrator of the International Bible College for many years of faithful service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pastor Lugo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting from Cal State University in San Bernardino, Ca., and a Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena CA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pastor Felipe Lugo<\/strong> goza con m\u00e1s de 38 a\u00f1os de experiencia pastoral en la Asamblea Apost\u00f3lica de la Fe en Cristo Jes\u00fas en San Bernardino Ca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante su carrera ministerial, ha servido en varios niveles ministeriales.
