THE AUTHOR

Joyeeta Ray is a children’s book author, an award-winning writer and multimedia editor who has lived and worked across seven countries in Asia before planting roots in Canada. Born and raised in India, she spent over three decades spinning stories across advertising, journalism, and digital media.

Her previous children’s books, Time for a Tale and Tales Never Told, have delighted young readers all over the world. When she’s not conjuring stories, Joyeeta can be found reading or writing something, painting, or cooking a storm in the kitchen.
