My voice remains direct because the subject is serious, but the purpose here is evidentiary clarity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am not asking any reader, court, attorney, physician, publisher, or public official to accept an unsupported conclusion. They are part of the record I am asking others to examine. They show continuity, terminology, chronology, scientific contention, and the evolution of my position over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>For Relativists Twelve and\/or Teenaged<\/em> \u2014 to be read first because it presents the scientific material in a simpler, more accessible form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Trifecta the Fourth Book<\/em> \u2014 to be read second because it develops the later scientific and artificial intelligence implications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Trifecta the Third Book<\/em> \u2014 to be read third because it supplies additional theoretical context and terminology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>A Quotidian Quash: From Mental Hygiene to Mental Health 1969-2012<\/em> \u2014 to be read fourth because it provides the longer personal, medical, and institutional background.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am not presenting the purchase of these books as proof of any claim. I am presenting the books as documents that may be compared against dated records, professional evaluations, legal files, and later scientific context. Their evidentiary value depends on verification, chronology, and comparison, not on rhetoric alone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-vivid-cyan-blue-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7\">Court Relevance and Procedural Significance<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the records support my account, the implications may be dispositive: they may affect how prior psychiatric conclusions are weighed, how legal representation is evaluated, how credibility determinations were made, and whether any prior proceeding failed to consider material evidence. I request that my claims be separated into what is verifiable, what is disputed, what is unsupported, and what may be dispositive if corroborated.
