He completed studies at the Deliverance Evangelistic Bible Institute and Liberty University Bible Institute, and earned a bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree from Liberty University and a master&amp;rsquo;s degree from Nova Southeastern University. Bishop Lambert and his wife, Sheila, have a daughter and godson.
