Growing up as a preacher\u2019s kid, she had many opportunities to see and experience the truth of God\u2019s Word. She saw firsthand the benefits of following God, keeping His Word, and being able to experience the Lord\u2019s goodness in her own life as she grew in faith and service to Him. Raquel has been married to Bishop Dexter D. Russell Sr. for more than thirty-eight years and has six adult children and one granddaughter. She enjoys teaching and encouraging women to do things God\u2019s way and experience the life He has already planned for them. Raquel believes that if women will get back to doing things God\u2019s way, it will ultimately strengthen families, churches, and communities.
