Sharen Skerman (nee Norris) was born in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, U.S.A. and grew up in Texas. She became a Christian at a very early age and developed an interest in music. She began studying music at the University of Texas, then transferred to Texas Christian University (TCU) where she also studied the Bible. Sharen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music education. She then migrated to Australia where she taught music in high school for 16 years before retiring after her marriage to David Skerman. After retirement Sharen became interested in theology, studying various theological textbooks. This culminated in a theology of her own which made more sense of the scriptures to her. Feeling it might help others she then decided to write this treatise.
