Judith Usiakpor is an early childhood education expert and entrepreneur who works closely with parents and young children during the formative early years of development. Judith leads Spring Lake School, a child-centred learning community focused on nurturing curiosity, creativity, and emotional development in young children. Working closely with families over the years has given her valuable insight into the everyday realities of parenting—from managing tantrums and building routines to encouraging independence and emotional resilience.

Her approach is shaped by her Montessori training and graduate studies in education, combining educational insight with practical strategies that support both children and the parents raising them.
