Beverly Kienzle, a retired Harvard Divinity School professor and affiliate of the Harvard Committee on Medieval Studies; Edward C. Kienzle, Ph.D., an economist and ordained Episcopal priest; and Kathleen Cary Kienzle, a classicist and medical software trainer, collaborated on this book based on their shared life with Mia. Together, they combined personal reflections, photographs and storytelling to honor a rescue dog whose life shaped their family and whose memory continues to inspire compassion.
