The contrasting flavors pf his parents\u2019 cuisines made the savors of their home cooking even more delicious. Guy has lived in Chiba Prefecture for 35 years but also owns a farmhouse in Dordogne, France which dates to 1790, a place famous for truffles, foie gras, duck, and a wide variety of goat cheeses.
