Dean Gualco earned a doctorate from the University of the Pacific and a masters from the University of Southern California. He is the owner of Torgun Consulting and has taught at universities for the past 25 years, along with previously serving as a municipal and university human resource director. He is author of 11 books on leadership, politics, global change, and organizational effectiveness.
