With the Department he was posted as a Diplomat in Residence at the University of Illinois in Chicago and the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and Allegheny College.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before joining the Department, he was the HR Director at a large retail corporation headquartered in Pittsburgh. Also, while in the U. S. a high school soccer coach for many years.
