She has an earned doctorate in Management/Leadership and is a certified Black Belt in continuous process improvement. She is married to Tyrone McFarland and together they have 10 children. Tyrone McFarland is an ordained minister, CEO of Trust My Concepts, CEO Space, and Robert Morris University Alumni. He provides prophetic coaching, and presents at business conferences throughout the United States.
