Sekgopi-Salejwe Nolutho Nyhonyha (Baba Nkosiyamanzi-Makhosiandile) is a healer, educator, author, and spiritual guide with more than two decades of experience spanning wellness, African traditional healing, Ayurvedic practice, and holistic education.

She is the founder of Pelonngwe Wellness Retreat & Spa and the Afrovedic Healing Institute, where she integrates ancient African wisdom, Vedic principles, and modern wellness practice to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Her work occupies a rare and distinctive space: the fusion of ancestral African healing traditions with Ayurvedic philosophy — a body of practice she terms Afrovedic healing.
