The Book of Revelation may appear strange, opaque, even confusing to modern eyes. Yet it is meant to reveal, not to conceal. Written in the style of Old Testament prophets, it comes to us in a code that is readily understood from the stories, symbols and images of those prophets.

It announces, as beams of light refracted through a prism, the truth about us, this broken world, the powers and patterns of evil, and the victory of God through Jesus and his faithful ones.

Reading Revelation may appear to be a challenge, not reading can be dangerous.
