THE AUTHOR

Doug and Teri Livermon are native Virginians whose lives and faith journeys are deeply rooted in the coastal region of the state. Married for decades and devoted to their walk with Jesus Christ, Doug and Teri have woven their individual stories of childhood, marriage and family life into a heartfelt memoir that reflects the power of God’s grace, redemption, and faithfulness.

Teri, a retired health care human resources professional, spent over 30 years guiding and mentoring others in the workplace. She simultaneously ministered in small group settings, offering encouragement and biblical insight. She continues that calling today.

Doug, an analyst for a major manufacturing company and an entrepreneur, brings clarity and thoughtfulness to his professional and spiritual roles. He serves faithfully on the board of directors at the local church they attend, helping to steward its mission and growth.
