SOFT: From Survival To Surrender is my testimony and my invitation: a roadmap for women who are ready to exchange survival for wholeness, to break curses and build legacy, and to walk boldly in the soft, sacred power of being a wife, mother, friend, and woman of God.

It lives at the intersection of memoir, faith, therapy, femininity, and generational healing—and that’s what makes it powerful. It tells the truth most women are afraid to say out loud, it redefines softness as strength, it speaks directly to survival culture, it bridges faith AND therapy, it doesn’t pick a side. It shows what healing looks like in real relationships. It moves beyond healing into generational wellness. It doesn’t just inspire, it gives tools.
