Rafidah’s journey has been anything but ordinary, from software engineer to ESL teacher to working in Higher Education Academic Progression and Employability Programs. She has seen firsthand how technology can empower, but also overwhelm. Her passion is helping everyday people become AI literate and confident in using AI without losing their authentic selves. Known for her bubbly, “we can figure this out together!” attitude, she believes learning should feel fun, encouraging, and meaningful.
