Dr. Nelda Carter Lowrance is a retired elementary and college teacher. She enjoys playing tournament bridge, knitting, and watching college sports. She is Director of Music for her church and lives in Tullahoma, Tennessee with her two Yorkies, Lucy and Muffin.
