About the Author

Yang Zi was born in China, earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in China and Germany, respectively, and worked in management at several companies in both countries for many years. Yang Zi currently resides in Germany. Deep in the Thick Fog is her debut novel.

杨子女士出生于中国，她分别于中国和德国取得了经济学学士和管理学硕士学位，并在位于中国和德国的多家公司里从事过多年的管理工作。杨子目前定居德国，她于新冠疫情期间开始专心从事文学创作，长篇小说《雾霭深处》是她的处女作。
