David Vincent Brooks hosts and produces SULE (Soo-lay), an online segment on www.nunuradio.com. NUNU radio is a collective of writers, actors, musicians, and directors formed during the COVID-19 quarantine—spanning days, weeks, months, and years. D. V. Brooks is a former Executive Producer of WBAI 99.5 OUT FM and serves as a board member of Women’s Fighting Against AIDS, Inc. He works as a theatre stage manager as well as an audio, visual, lighting, and set designer for the Nuyorican Poets Café and Hudson Guild Theatre Company. Additionally, D. V. Brooks is a financial literacy instructor for Cents Ability, Inc., and mentors several local NYC organizations. He is a graduate of St. Francis College and Columbia University (SIPA), and lives in East Harlem, NYC.
